We are excited to welcome our out-of-town’ers & locals staying at the Resort with some welcome drinks at the Base Village of the mountain.

*Utah is VERY strict on requiring valid ID for entrance into bars, and will be required for all events, even including the reception.

Friday, September 18th

The Ceremony + Reception will happen up on the mountain, accessible only by shuttle and chair lift. We will be dancing at approximately 8,500 ft of elevation!

All transportation access to the Ceremony + Reception site will meet at the Moonbeam Base Area of Solitude Mountain Resort. You can choose to either ride the Moonbeam Express chair lift up to the mid-mountain point & walk a quick trail to the site, or opt to take the Solitude van shuttles!

The Moonbeam Express is about a 3 min chair lift ride, 0.5 mile in length and around 650 ft up the mountain. The van shuttle will be about a 10 min drive up the service road (might be a little bumpy, heads up).

Pre-Ceremony Shuttles will begin around ~2:45 PM at the Moonbeam Base. Moonbeam Express chair lift access will be running from 10am-6pm (you may share a lift with some mountain bikers!). We will have water stations up at the site to help you stay hydrated at elevation.

Post-Reception transportation back down to the base of the mountain will be by Solitude shuttles only. We’ll plan to start running the return shuttles after dinner.
